Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 for Domestic (Continental U.S. AP, AA, AE) customers only.

All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested

Shipping Insurance

We do not offer optional shipping insurance at this time.

Pre-Orders, Order, Cancellation and Return Policies

Pre orders once placed may not be cancelled. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We may contact buyer to insure that they are aware that the item is a Pre-Order prior to processing the order. We disseminate product information as it is provided to us by the manufacturers. We will do our best to continually update product information on our site. Product specifications, pricing, ship dates and availability are subject to change without notice. Buyer consents to all products having an indefinite ship date extension beyond the original estimated ship date.

All sales are final. We only accept returns if WE ship the wrong item. We do not accept returns on broken items or items missing parts. For broken or missing items you must contact the manufacturer.  All products are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Claims for minor packaging dents and dings will not be accepted. We do not warrant against "package rash" which can occur during shipping. We adhere to our Return, and Packaging Policy in order to insure fairness to all parties concerned. Please do not place an order if you disagree with any part of this Policy. Customers attempting credit card or PayPal chargebacks will have any pending transactions terminated and will be prohibited from placing future orders.

Order discrepancies (Wrong items only) must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of merchandise and returned immediately thereafter to qualify for return. We only accept returns if WE ship the wrong item. We do not accept returns on broken items. For broken items you must contact the manufacturer. To qualify for a return the item must be unopened and factory sealed. Please contact us at (540-765-5546) if you need to return a purchase. We will dispense a shipping tag to use for return if you qualify.

Pam's Dream LLC is not a manufacturer and we do not conduct any tests on the merchandise we sell. The items Pam's Dream LLC sells are NOT toys. They are products designed for and marketed to adults and are not meant for children of any age. Pam's Dream LLC assumes no liability regarding product safety of any kind. Any questions or complaints should be directed to the individual manufacturers. All images and description are provided by the manufactures.

 Use of this Site by accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
