Our shipping martix allows you to chose the shipping carrier and method. This puts the control in your hands. The "Table Rate" shipping is for Continental U.S. AP, AA, AE Customers only. Any international orders placed with Table Rate Shipping will not be honored and payments refunded
Due to a complex rubric of shipping regulations to international destinations, we must weigh, pack, and measure your package before we can give an accurate shipping total. You can obtain a shipping estimate by adding the ship weight for all of the items you wish to order, and then use the USPS Postage Calculator (http://ircalc.usps.gov/) to calculate Postage costs, to the final amount for handeling fees involved for international mailing, and you will have a fairly accurate estimate of your postage costs.
RETURN, AND PACKAGING POLICY:
Order discrepancies (Wrong items only) must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of merchandise and returned immediately thereafter to qualify for return. We only accept returns if WE ship the wrong item. We do not accept returns on broken items. For broken items you must contact the manufacturer. To qualify for a return the item must be unopened and factory sealed. Please contact us at (540-765-5546) if you need to return a purchase. We will dispense a shipping tag to use for return if you qualify.
We do not warrant against "package rash" which can occur during shipping. We adhere to our Return, and Packaging Policy in order to insure fairness to all parties concerned. Please do not place an order if you disagree with any part of this Policy. Customers attempting credit card or PayPal chargebacks will be have any pending transactions terminated and will be prohibited from placing future orders.
